Thank YousFirst, I'd like to thank my mother, Lydia Patrick. She has always encouraged my creative side through writing and now through technology. She helped give me the confidence to believe I could take on such a project. On a similar note, I'd like to thank my PBP co-creator Rachel Ash. She encouraged me to try my hand at this particular project, especially when I doubted my ability to write a compelling piece. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my colleagues for this project: Robert Patrick, Keith Toda, John Foulk, and Rachel Ash. They listened to these episodes, gave suggestions, and piloted them with their students. Lastly, thank you to all the artists of Free Sound for the work they do. Having this resource is immensely useful! Preview! The townspeople of Nivea are plagued by a horrendous beast. The beast comes into town, destroying their homes, and frightening their children. Will they be able to defeat him? Or will they be forever at his mercy?

I just wanted to say that my Latin II students really enjoyed this pod cast. It was a nice break to have on block days and got them some good input. I even saw some of the vocabulary that you used show up in timed writes and free responses on tests. I hope you continue to do more. They were bummed that there was no ending to the story.

Thank you! I left the ending open for teachers to work with... but I can tell you that the new series (slowly coming out this week) DOES have one... sort of.... :)
