Ms. Rachel Ash has been teaching for 17 years in the states of Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia. Currently, she teaches Latin at Parkview High School in Gwinnett County. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Latin and Letters and a minor in History from the University of Oklahoma. She then received a Master of Arts in Latin from the University of Florida. 

In 2016, Rachel received the Teacher of the Year award for the Georgia Classical Association. She also received the Georgial JCL State Chair award in 2019. Rachel has presented at local, state, regional, and national conferences on a variety of topics including Comprehensible Input, teaching with tasks, and her research on Pliny the Elder. She is also the co-author of Pluto: fabula amoris and the author of Camilla.
